Arhat(Diaodingcang)

The scene depicts ārya(Bodhisattva of Ten Directions) diligently practicing the various Buddhist teachings, while the attendant is serving him tea. By dotting the painting with pine tree, rocks and grass and setting them against the characters, the appropriate placements of the objects still gives this small artwork a rigorous composition, where every flower and tree is cleverly arranged.
